Pronunciation: /ˈman.dʒo/
Conjugation: first-person singular of the Italian verb mangiare.
Meaning: 'Io eat.' However, it is also a blend of the founders' names, Manolo and Sergio.

Manolo, who has roots in Amalfi, grew up in Rome surrounded by the true flavors of homemade pasta. Sergio, born and raised on the picturesque coast of Salerno, was brought up with burrata, mozzarella, and other dairy products from the Neapolitan region.
